Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten Schokoladen und Kuvertüren für die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungsbereiche unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden aus der Süßwarenindustrie.
Wir bieten einen Ausbildungsplatz zur Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik (m/w/d) ab dem 1.9.2025.
Als Auszubildende/r in unserem Unternehmen wirst du in verschiedenen Abteilungen eingesetzt und lernst alle relevanten Aufgaben einer Fachkraft zur Lebensmitteltechnik kennen.
Deine Aufgaben
- Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse
- Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle
- Wartung und Instandhaltung der Produktionsanlagen
Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen
- Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (Hauptschulabschluss oder Mittlere Reife)
- Interesse an technischen Abläufen und Lebensmittelproduktion
- Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und -bereitschaft

Apprenticeship as a food technology specialist (m/w/d)
SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of chocolate for the confectionery industry and has 100 years of experience.
We develop, produce and market chocolate and chocolate coatings for a wide range of applications for our national and international customers in the confectionery industry.
We are offering an apprenticeship as a food technology specialist (m/f/d) from 1 September 2025.
As an apprentice in our company, you will be deployed in various departments and get to know all the relevant tasks of a food technology specialist.
Your tasks
- Monitoring of production processes
- Quality assurance and control
- Maintenance and servicing of production facilities
Professional and personal requirements
- Completed school education (secondary school leaving certificate or secondary school leaving certificate)
- Interest in technical processes and food production
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to learn
- Sense of responsibility and willingness to take responsibility
