Sales Assistant (m/w/d) in der Schokoladenindustrie

Wir entwickeln, produzieren und vermarkten Schokoladen und Kuvertüren für die unterschiedlichsten Anwendungsbereiche unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden aus der Süßwarenindustrie.
Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zwei engagierte Sales Assistants (m/w/d), die unser Team verstärken.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei der Kundenbetreuung und -akquise
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Erstellung von Angeboten
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kundendatenbank
- Erstellung von Verkaufsberichten und Analysen
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketingteam zur Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme an Messen und Verkaufsveranstaltungen
Fachliche und persönliche Voraussetzungen
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb oder Customer Service, idealerweise in der Lebensmittelindustrie
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Gute Excel-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen
- Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

Sales Assistant (m/f/d) in the chocolate industry
SCHOKINAG-Schokolade-Industrie GmbH is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of chocolate for the confectionery industry and has 100 years of experience.
We develop, produce and market chocolate and chocolate coatings for a wide range of applications for our national and international customers in the confectionery industry.
We are looking for two committed Sales Assistants (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.
Your tasks
- Supporting the sales team in customer service and acquisition
- Processing customer enquiries and preparing quotations
- Maintaining and updating the customer database
- Preparing sales reports and analyses
- Working with the marketing team to implement sales strategies
- Preparing for and participating in trade fairs and sales events
Professional and personal requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in sales or customer service, ideally in the food industry
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Good Excel skills and confident use of MS Office and ERP systems
- Ability to work in a team and show initiative
- Very good written and spoken German and English; other languages are an advantage.
